Return & Refund Policy

  At Soft Soul Journal, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.  To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the product is received damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with pictures for assistance.  Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process a refund or exchange accordingly.
